The Secret Sauce

Tonight I make a new sauce.

I want a special taste.

I take a small bowl.

I add a little honey.

I add some salt.

I add a little lemon.

Then I add my secret thing.

It is a small red pepper.

I mix them together.

I taste the sauce.

"Mmm, it is good!" I say.

The next day, a customer comes.

"I want a new sandwich," she says.

I make it with my secret sauce.

She takes a bite.

Her eyes open wide.

"Wow! What is this?" she asks.

"It is my secret sauce," I say.

"It is amazing!" she says.

"Please tell me the recipe."

"Sorry, it is a secret," I say.

We both laugh.
